Privacy policy

Effective 12 October 2026. This policy explains how GarudaAlgo handles information when you browse the store, place an order or contact us.

Purchases and delivery

We collect the delivery email address, selected products, order identifier, payment status and private download token needed to process an order and provide purchased software. Do not send wallet passwords, private keys or seed phrases. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains and cannot be made private by this website.

Services involved

NOWPayments handles cryptocurrency checkout and payment confirmation. Website hosting and storage are provided through ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Google Apps Script and email services send delivery messages. These providers process information necessary for their respective services under their own policies. External Telegram and broker links take you to separate services; their policies apply when you visit them.

Browser storage and operational information

Your cart is saved in browser storage so selections remain available while shopping. You can clear it through your browser settings. Hosting and payment services may process IP addresses, request information and logs for operation, security and fraud prevention. A private download link contains a token granting access to your paid order; keep it confidential.

Google advertising

This site has been submitted to Google AdSense for review. Ownership-verification metadata and an ads.txt entry are present; Google advertising code is not currently enabled. If ads are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may place and read cookies or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver ads, measure their performance and prevent invalid activity. Advertising cookies may allow ads to be selected using visits to this and other websites.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Where consent is required, applicable advertising consent controls must be available before relevant advertising technologies are enabled. This policy will be updated when the site's advertising configuration changes.

Retention and your requests

We retain order information as needed to deliver software, resolve support requests, prevent misuse and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. Download links expire after 30 days; this does not automatically delete order records. Contact support@garudaestore.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify ownership of the order, and some records may need to be retained. Never include private wallet credentials in a request.
