Terms and Conditions

1. Your software license

Your purchase grants lifetime access for one user account only. This is a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased software. You receive a right to use the software; ownership and intellectual property rights remain with GarudaAlgo and the relevant rights holders.

2. Sharing, redistribution and resale

You must not share, re-share, lend, transfer, publish, upload, redistribute, sublicense or resell the software, its dependencies, license credentials or private download links. You must not provide access to another user or make the package available publicly. You may retain a private backup for your own licensed use.

3. Recreating and modifying the software

Without prior written permission, you must not copy or reproduce the software beyond installation and a personal backup, rebrand it, create derivative versions, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or use its code to recreate or distribute a competing copy. You must not remove ownership notices or bypass license protections. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.

4. Payment and digital delivery

Prices are in USD. Cryptocurrency payment is processed through NOWPayments; use the exact amount and network shown at checkout. Software access is released only after full payment confirmation and manual owner approval, and only for the products on the paid order. We verify receipt in Binance and aim to make files downloadable within 12–24 hours after payment. A private download link is sent to the email address you provide. Download links expire after 30 days; contact support if you need help accessing your purchase. No physical box is shipped.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. No voluntary refunds are offered. Any mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Compatibility and trading risk

MT4 and MT5 packages are platform-specific and are not interchangeable. Review compatibility and contact support about specifications before purchasing. Follow the installation instructions and test on a demo account. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. Software, automation and past performance do not guarantee profits or future results.

7. Support and permissions

For installation help, order questions, replacement download links or written permission requests, contact support@garudaestore.com. Permission to share, redistribute or recreate the software must be obtained in writing before doing so.
